Cyclical Circle | Luteal Phase - Thorns and All

  • Wildfire Wellness 217 West 7th Street Richmond, VA, 23224 United States (map)

This Luteal Cyclical Circle is an invitation to slow down and connect inward. Together we will be understanding the energetics of our bodies and nervous system through this phase and discovering how it manifests in our emotional/spiritual experience.

What to expect?

~ warm welcome with complimentary hand-blended tea (3pm-3:30pm)

~ group discussions: (3:30pm-4:30pm)

Darin will guide participants through supportive nutrition for the luteal phase.  She will focus on hormone balance, mood stability, and sustained energy.  This discussion also explores the emotional landscape of this inner season, where honesty, release, and reflection naturally arise.  Darin’s approach reframes the luteal phase not as something to push through, but as a vital time for recalibration, self awareness, and nourishment from within.

Kate will facilitate a brief educational and experiential exploration of the nervous system, and how it adapts to being luteal AF. We will explore strategies for tracking your nervous system state, understanding what to expect as you dynamically cycle through, and modulating in the moment, from one state to another. We will look at a sensory lens and create supports to edit your life, not your self, as your inner critic pipes up when you are luteal AF.

~ time to float, connect, and experience the various hands-on stations: (4:30pm-6pm)

Kate will be offering mini Craniosacral therapy sessions with warm herbal compresses for the abdomen and womb, to support and nourish the overall system, at any time in the cycle.

Melanie will be offering mini intuitive tarot readings centered around the question: “How can I live more harmoniously in my luteal phase?”.

Other themes you may discover with Melanie:

  • honoring your instincts

  • learning how barriers are boundaries

  • embracing your shadow

Darin will be at the community table available to guide you through any further questions you have about your cycle.

We encourage attire that you feel embraces and embodies the luteal phase- darker, moodier, comfy, covered up.
